For Existing Website Owners
If you are currently using another provider and would like to use our service instead, just provide the document showing your current service's renewal date and we will extend the service period by the number of months you have left, plus three months of bonus. For example, if the renewal date of your current service is six months away, your one-year subscription with Beetown will last 21 months (12 + 6 + 3). The three-month bonus will also apply if your contract with the current provider is based on month-to-month.
Refund Policy
The one-time setup fee is not refundable. The one-year hosting fee refund amount is prorated at $21.67 per month plus a cancellation fee of $110. For example, if you cancel after 2 months, the refund amount will be $260 - $110 - $21.67 x 2 months = $106.66.
* Our web application was designed to be very easy to use and should take minimal time to set up and maintain by yourself. However, if you are very busy with running your business and would like us to manage your site, managed service is available.
